Rookie Presence: Three Current and Former Resistol Rookies Advance at Cheyenne

The Resistol Rookie race will be represented in the Cheyenne Frontier Days semifinals, with two of the top three cowgirls in the 2026 standings advancing through the qualifying performances.

Amy Ohrt and Kirby Rawlinson will continue their rookie campaigns on one of ProRodeo’s biggest stages, while 2022 Resistol Rookie of the Year Josie Conner will return to the semifinals after turning in one of the fastest runs of the qualifying round.
