Solo Select Futurity History Made: Shelby Boisjoli-Meged Retells Win on The Breakdown Podcast 🎙️

The pair made history at the inaugural Solo Select Stallion Incentive Breakaway Futurity, earning $12,488 and the very first title at the Circle T Arena in Hamilton, Texas.

Boisjoli-Meged recounts buying Clark sight unseen as a three-year-old—after a casual Instagram message from Liz Hirdes—and laughing when husband Haven Meged asked, “What are you going to do with this pony?” From there, the so-called “ugliest horse on the place” became one of her most talented, topping three of four rounds in Hamilton, including the clean slate finals.
