Kappie Bryant (Stephenville, TX) ran a 13.062 to win the 2026 Premier Women’s Rodeo Championship Pro Barrel Racing event title Friday night at Cowtown Coliseum, taking home the $60,000 winner’s check. Bryant—the W26 leaderboard No. 16 entering the event—owned the back half of the week, winning the Pro Semi-Finals on Thursday at 13.072 and the 3-run aggregate at 39.592 before clinching the title in the finals. Skyler Nicholas (Rockdale, TX) topped the Pro barrel racing average on two at 26.414 — 13.220 in Round 1 and 13.194 in Round 2 — to win the most consistent two-run pair in the Pro field at the 2026 Premier Women’s Rodeo Championship. Bella Skinner (Wills Point, TX), the W26 leaderboard No. 1, won Round 1 at 13.198 and slipped to 7th in Round 2 to finish 3rd on the average. Shaeley Jenkins (Palatka, FL) turned an 18.474 Round 1 slack run into the fastest single Pro time of the championship, 13.061, to win Round 2.

Kennzie Nixon (Pleasanton, TX) unofficially clinched the lone Limited barrel racing spot in Friday’s Championship Round, finishing on top of the average on two at 27.179 (13.639 Round 1, 13.540 Round 2). Nixon swept the 1-1D in both rounds, banked $2,547.76 in round money, and now gets a shot at the $60,000 event title alongside the six Pros and six Challengers advancing out of Thursday’s Semi-Finals.
