NTR Black Friday Truck Roping

Rancho Rio · Wickenburg, Arizona

National Team Roping gives away a new Ram 3500 dually in Friday’s #9.5 Ram Truck Roping—and the truck goes to the high-point roper, not the average winner.

Points pay through 15 places in the average in the four-steer, enter-four-times handicapped roping. Friday also carries a #9.5 Megabucks for 21-&-over ropers, paying $2,000 in VIP cash to first.

Saturday runs a #8.5 Megabucks for 21-&-over ropers, a #8.5 Saddle Up paying 10 saddles to the top five teams plus $1,000 in VIP cash to the winners, and a #7.5 Buckle Up two-steer paying 10 buckles to the top five teams, with the top 30 advancing to the second round.

Entries close at 8:30 a.m. and roping starts at 9 a.m. both days.

A current NTR membership and Global Handicap are required.

Big Gambles are $300 per roper and High Rollers $500 per roper. Both are four-steer, pick-or-draw, enter-three-times ropings paying back 80%. The week paid $3 million in 2025, according to Rancho Rio. Entries close at 9 a.m. and roping starts at 9:30 a.m. for the first roping each day.
